Job Description：

1. Lead a multi-disciplinary unit (structural biology, medicinal chemistry, in vitro and in vivo biology, process and formulation, etc) of approximately 90 people to progress innovative discovery projects from target nomination to clinical trials and collaboration licensing;

4. More than 15 years of relevant experiences in small molecule drug discovery, especially the experience gained in the research centers of major pharmaceutical , biotechnology companies or leading academic centers will be an advantage;

5. Experience in leading large teams will be required;

Job Description:
1. Lead a team of pharmacokinetics scientists to provide high quality data, interpretation, insight and reports to the drug discovery projects in a timely manner to enable effective project decision making; Provide effectively guidance in study design, protocol development and studyg execution of GLP and non-GLP pharmacokinetic, toxicokinetics, and ADME (as needed) studies; Provide input to the study designs in in vivo non-GLP and GLP pharmacology and toxicology studies;Supervise, assist and mentor contributing scientists on pharmacokinetic analysis, data interpretation and report writing; 
2. Ensure the capability meet the annual business, research and organizational development objectives set by the discovery project unit;
3. Provide specific scientific and technical input to projects where needed, eg, act as study director or principal investigator responsible for externally conducted PK, TK and ADME (as needed) studies as appropriate;Interact closely with other managers and contributing scientists tasked with bioanalytical assay development, and/or sample analysis to ensure seamless and timely transfer of bioanalytical and ADA data to the Preclinical PK/PD team;  
4. Ensure the capability operations meeting the safety and relevant regulations (eg, SOPs and GLP standards), eg, interact with the Scientific Writing Team in the creation of preclinical PK/TK written and tabulated summaries for IND and BLA applications, as well as IBs, annual updates and other regulatory activities;

Requirements:                       

1. PhD in pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics or closely related filed;
2. Expertise and track record in PK and bioanalysis in drug discovery research will be essential;
3. Extensive experience in contributing and leading small molecule drug discovery projects will be required;
4. Approximately 5 or more years of relevant experiences in PK and bioanalysis experimental design, data collection and interpretation, especially the experience  gained in the research centers of major pharmaceutical , biotechnology companies or leading academic centers will be an advantage;

Requirements:
1.PhD in computational chemistry, bioinformatics, computational sciences, or related fields;
2.10+ years of experience and track record in the development and/or applications of computational chemistry, molecular modelling, drug design and data analysis methods and software for drug discovery in the pharmaceutical industry or an equivalent setting;
3.Demonstrated experience in leading computational sciences team focused on structure-based drug design, virtual screening, QSAR, pharmacophore development, cheminformatics, bioinformatics, and/or machine learning;
4.Proficiency in a programming languages (such as C/C++, Python, Java, etc), computational software (such as Schrodinger) and a good working knowledge of common databases, resources and tools;
5.Proficiency in working with commonly used operating systems such as Unix/Linux, Windows for workstations and computing farms;
